Nice to meet you!

Our names are Merrilee Finch-Cirtwell and Jeffrey Cirtwell and we currently live in Ocala, Florida with our 9 Polish Lowland Sheepdogs. We call ourselves White Star PONs which stands for Polski Owczarek Nizinny (the PON part, anyway) and the White Star part, well, if you must know, was named after my favorite champagne. Unfortunately, since we have all these wonderful creatures, we can longer afford White Star Champagne!!

The photo to the left was taken at a show in Louisville, KY. many years ago.  3 Generations of PONs.  Sitting on the ground with Jeff, is Marny, who we rescued at 13 1/2 years old.     She lived to be 16 1/2.   Marny's daughter, Olivia, who is on the far right,  passed away in February, at 15 1/2.  Olivia is the reason that White Star came to be.   Her daughter, Winnie the Pooh, is in the center.  She was born in our home and has been with us for over 12 wonderful  years.

We have had PONs since 1993 and are very involved in showing and breeding our dogs. (Which is why we can't afford the Champagne anymore.)
